The intent of the integrated services toolkit was to serve as a way for Humana associates to work through member issues while considering all possible concerns using an existing internal framework. I started my portion the project by collaboratively brainstorming what we believed the ideal states of Humana’s members would be as a result of the toolkit, both in relation to their healthcare and in their everyday lives, as shown in my initial sketches. From there, we narrowed down the necessary illustrations to visualizations of member quotes, personas, and a representation of how the work would change the member’s experience.
