Member Journey Toolkit
A set of guidelines and templates created for the use of Humana associates to visually represent the journeys and stories of their members using illustration, iconography, and color language.

The stakeholders for this project were looking for a unified way of visualizing the experiences and sentiments of Author members where they could showcase different types of communication, a range of emotions, and the ability to show journeys over varying lengths of time. I started by doing physical sketches of layouts, character designs, and iconography, and then recreated them digitally before formatting them into a working template in PowerPoint.
